Its goal is to ensure that every shipment reaches the client safely, on time, and at the lowest possible cost.
What will your workday look like?
- Organizing and coordinating international Less-than-Truckload (LTL) shipments;
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and attracting new customers;
- Cooperating with carriers and partners, as well as sourcing new transport providers;
- Calculating freight rates, negotiating terms, and preparing commercial offers;
- Efficiently planning vehicle capacity and optimizing transport routes;
- Working with freight and transport exchanges;
- Managing transportation-related documentation;
- Resolving operational issues quickly and handling non-standard situations effectively.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for active, ambitious, and proactive transport professionals whose goal is not only to work and earn, but also to create, develop, and grow.
- At least 2โ3 years of experience in LTL freight forwarding;
- An active portfolio of clients and/or reliable carriers โ considered a strong advantage;
- Ability to organize your work independently and make quick decisions;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages are a strong advantage);
- A results-oriented mindset and the ability to build long-term business relationships;
- Motivation not only to manage shipments, but also to actively grow your business results.
