The company is part of an international group with offices in Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, the UAE, and China. Its goal is to ensure that every shipment reaches the client safely, on time, and at the lowest possible cost.
As a Freight Forwarding Manager, you will use the company group’s own fleet as well as contracted carriers to ensure the movement of existing cargo flows and provide continuous work for carriers. Your responsibilities will also include searching for new clients and carriers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Organizing transportation, meeting deadlines, ensuring quality, and maintaining direct communication with clients, carriers, and internal departments—while keeping everything under control—will be part of your daily routine.
We are looking for active, ambitious, and proactive transport specialists whose goal is not only to work and earn, but also to create, develop, and grow.
