We are looking for someone who will not only organize transportation within the CIS market, but also build long-term relationships with carriers.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Working with the company groupβs own fleet and trusted carriers
- Searching for new carriers and building long-term partnerships
- Coordinating orders from the first call to final delivery
- Ensuring deadlines, quality, and positive customer experience
In short, you will be the person who puts everything into place while others are still making plans.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or road transport specifically within the CIS market
- Good command of English and Russian (Polish or another CIS language is a plus)
- A solid understanding of how road transport operates
- Initiative, negotiation skills, and healthy ambition to grow
- Higher or post-secondary education
